Adult Learn to Sail

Our Adult Learn to Sail programs are designed to be a fun, friendly, engaging and safe introduction to the sport of sailing and the our club community. All programs at SLYCMS are run by Australian Sailing accredited instructors and the adult course is a short but intensive program held over a few weeks with activities to develop fundamental skills of sailing.

Adults will begin their sailing journey using club provided equipment (boats and lifejackets) with the aim to being independent sailors after the course, where equipment can be loaned from the club to sail in club events or we can assist in finding and transitioning to  their own boats.
